Kristen’s journey into physical therapy began with her own experience rehabbing a knee injury in high school, where she discovered a passion for helping others regain movement and return to the activities they love. Practicing in Jackson, Wyoming, Kristen is inspired by the area’s active community and outdoor lifestyle. She tailors her treatments to meet the unique demands of her patients’ favorite activities, such as skiing, hiking, and running, ensuring they are physically prepared and confident. Kristen is dedicated to building strong relationships with her patients, educating them about their bodies, and guiding them through the emotional and mental challenges of rehabilitation. Her goal-oriented approach empowers patients to achieve their physical goals and enjoy their favorite activities with the same enthusiasm she brings to her own outdoor adventures.
